Wiingy Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The Wiingy Affiliate Program is being administered by Wiingy Private Limited. By applying and being accepted as a Wiingy Affiliate, you agree to adhere to the Terms & Conditions, which may be updated occasionally without prior notice.

Commissions and payout

1.Commission rate: Available commissions are as defined in your Affiliate Console

2. Eligibility for commission and limitations:

a. When a customer signs up on Wiingy and purchases lessons through your unique affiliate referral link, you’ll earn a commission on the first purchase.

b. For you to be eligible for commission, the customer must not be in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click.

c. Affiliate links may rely on cookies to track referrals. Therefore if cookies get cleared, we may be unable to track these events.

d. Cookie window is 90 days

e. Only affiliate links can be used to track referrals. Incorrect use of affiliate links will cause an inability to track referrals.

f. Fraudulent or stolen attribution is a nonpayable event. If we suspect fraud (for example, if we see that signups are all from the same city or IP address), we may require you to prove that the referrals are valid.

3. Upgrades/repeat purchases:You receive commission for the first purchase only. You will not be entitled receive commission on any additional purchases or renewals by that same customer.

4. Attribution: In the event a single customer clicks two different affiliate links, the last affiliate gets the credit. However, in competitive situations with other affiliates, we may elect to provide the commission to the affiliate that we deem to be the most eligible for commission at our discretion.

5. Payout: Please note that the commission and any other related payouts are processed on the 10th day of every month for the transactions made in the previous month.

For you to be eligible for payout, the customer needs to be an active customer at the time of payout processing.

In order to receive payment you must have:

(i) Agreed to the terms of this Agreement

(ii) Completed all steps necessary to create your account in the Affiliate console

(iii) Have a valid and up-to-date payment method in the Affiliate Tool with such account

6. Payment format:Wiingy supports payout through PayPal. Note: You will need to accrue a minimum commission of $30 for the payout to be processed.

7. Taxes and other fee:You are responsible for payment of all taxes and fees (including bank fees) applicable to the Commission. All amounts payable by us to you are subject to offset by us against any amounts owed by you to us.

8. Commission amounts: We reserve the right to alter or change the Commission amount as per the Affiliate console.

Promotion guidelines

Note that whenever you promote Wiingy as an affiliate, you must include “#ad” or disclose that you are doing so in exchange for a commission.

It is important to note that you may only promote Wiingy as an affiliate and must not engage in promoting Wiingy under false pretenses in order to gain new users while hiding your affiliate identity.

You must disclose that the link being promoted is your unique affiliate referral link.

You must clearly communicate that your affiliate referral link is not a coupon code and cannot be applied at checkout. Instead, this link is to be used by new users to sign up for lessons with Wiingy.

Buying ads

You will not purchase ads that direct to your site(s) or through an affiliate link that could be considered as competing with Wiingy’s own advertising, including, but not limited to our branded keywords. If running ads, you must direct the ad to your website (and not wiingy.com or a standalone landing page).

Sharing placements: When requested, you’ll share the places you’ve used your affiliate link. This includes, but is not limited to, links, screenshots, and email sends.

Purchasing Wiingy yourself: One of the benefits of the Affiliate Program is we don’t require you to purchase Wiingy products. However if you decide to purchase, we require you not to use your affiliate link.

Opt Out and Unsubscribing

You will comply promptly with all opt out, unsubscribe, "do not call" and "do not send" requests.

For the duration of this Agreement, you will establish and maintain systems and procedures appropriate to implement all opt out, unsubscribe, "do not call" and "do not send" requests.

Trademarks

You grant to us a nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free right to use and display your trademarks, service marks and logos (“Affiliate Marks”) in connection with the Affiliate Program.

During the term of your affiliate agreement, in the event that we make our trademark available to you within the Affiliate console, you may use our trademark as long as you follow the usage requirements.

Non-Exclusivity

Your acceptance to the Wiingy Affiliate Program does not create an exclusive agreement between you and us. Both you and we will have the right to recommend similar products and services of third parties and to work with other parties in connection with the design, sale, installation, implementation and use of similar services and products of third parties.

Termination

If you violate any of the Terms & Conditions, we have the right to terminate your affiliate status and withhold your commission.

In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to receive any commissions, rewards, or benefits from the Program

Wiingy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. This may include changes to the commission percentage, additional restrictions, or termination of the Program.
