Teaching methodology
I prefer active participation of my students in the sessions. I except student to focus on minuet details and finish their quizzes & assignments on time. This helps me in analyzing their performances and creating their lesson plans. Algebra is in-general a tough subject, so I make sure to explain the lessons in a step-by-step format.
