I am a firm believer in the fact that all of us are different and "one approach does not fit all". So I focus on the strengths of my students, widening their concepts and eliminating their weaknesses. I make sure that I provide maximum help in bringing them on board with the actual concepts, provide additional practice assignments, teach them strategies to excel in their studies and maintain a regular schedule for constant revision. I have worked with students of different ages and educational backgrounds, which has further helped me understand my students better. I am adaptable and able to cater to their specific academic needs.
