As an Elementary and High School Math tutor, I use a practical and creative approach to teach my students. I believe in making learning fun and engaging, so I incorporate puzzles and interactive math game, including mind games to increase IQ of a child into my lessons. By assessing students' current skills, I can target specific areas for improvement. I also use 3D models to help students visualize mathematical concepts better. My teaching style is motivational and interactive, aiming to inspire students to enjoy math and excel in their studies. I basically starts everything from the base and gradually increase the level to make child comfortable.

Mathematics concept taught by Archita
Archita tutored Soumya on multiplication using the distributive property and word problems. Soumya excelled at applying math to real-world scenarios, especially after Archita emphasized visualization. The session ended with an unsolved riddle and a plan to cover integers next time.
Real-World Problems
Distributive Property
Integers
Archita tutored Soumya on whole numbers, covering their definition, comparison, and key properties like commutative, closure, identity, associative, and distributive properties. Soumya practiced identifying and verifying these properties through various examples and questions. No homework was assigned, but language-based problems on whole numbers were planned for the next session.

Archita tutored HoneyBee228 on solving systems of three equations using elimination, substitution, and matrix methods. They covered checking solutions, different solution types (unique, none, infinite), and practiced with various word problems, including a chemist mixing solutions and a business budget scenario. Archita plans to incorporate games in the next session.

On June 19, 2025, Archita Agarwal tutored HoneyBee228 on solving systems of three equations with three variables. HoneyBee228 struggled with the process, requiring guidance and error correction from Archita, who emphasized careful calculation, checking solutions, and efficient methods. They worked through word problems and direct equations, ultimately solving a specific system of equations after initial errors. More practice is planned.
