Hello, I am Travis. I completed my B.S. in Mathematics in 2013, and M.S. in Mathematics in 2015 from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been tutoring students for 14 years now. I started as a TA during my undergrad. I have always enjoyed tutoring and mentoring students and helping them understanding and excel in Math and related subjects.

I have plenty of experience in teaching Math subjects to high school students including Calculus, Algebra, Trigonometry and Statistics. I also teach AP classes for Calculus. I have worked with students across a wide range of ages from 6th grade to adults returning to college. I currently work as a Data Scientist.

In my classes, I encourage my students to overcome their difficulties and become more independent so that they can participate in their classes. I give personalized lesson plans for each student addressing their particular weaknesses, and building upon their conceptual understanding of the material. I help my students with their homework and assignments as well as their test preparation.
