How to edit your account settings on Wiingy

Account settings help you to personalize your experience and ensure that your profile is updated. Changing your contact details, adjusting notification preferences, managing your timezone, and editing your account settings are simple and can be done at any time directly from the Wiingy app.

How to edit your account settings

Here’s how you can make changes to your account settings. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Wiingy app: Log in to the Wiingy app on your mobile.
  2. Go to the Profile: In the app, click on the You button at the bottom right corner. Here, you can access your account settings, profile, and more.
  3. Select ‘Account Settings’: Under the You menu, click on Account Settings to access and update your account information.

What settings you can update

In the Account Settings section, you can update your details

  • Personal information: Update your name, contact details, and email address to keep your profile current.
  • Timezone: Confirm your timezone is correctly set to avoid any scheduling issues with your lessons.
  • Currency preference: You can revise your currency preferences if you’re in a different region so you’re charged in the correct currency.
