How to log into your Wiingy account for students
Logging into your Wiingy account gives you access to personalized tutoring, scheduled lessons, and essential learning resources. Whether you’re using the Wiingy app or the website, signing in is quick and easy.
How to log in to your Wiingy account
To log in to your Wiingy account, follow these simple steps:
- Go to Wiingy.com or open the Wiingy app: You can log in via the website or use the Wiingy student app for mobile access.
- Click on ‘Log in’: On the homepage, click the Log in button at the top right corner.
- Enter your credentials: You can log in using:
- Your registered email and password
- Your Google account (if you signed up using Google)
- Access your dashboard: Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your dashboard, where you can manage your lessons, check upcoming sessions, and contact your tutor.

What to do if you forget your password
If you can’t remember your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- Click on ‘Forgot Password’: On the login page, select Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email: Wiingy will send you a password reset link.
- Check your email inbox: Open the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Set a new password: Choose a strong password and confirm your changes.
If you don’t receive a password reset email, check your spam folder or contact Help & Support.
How to update your login credentials
If you want to change your login details, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Wiingy account.
- Go to App Settings: Navigate to the Reset your password in the app.
- Update: Update your credentials as needed.
- Save changes: Confirm and save your new login details.
