How to log in to your Wiingy account as a student

Logging in to your account gives you a gateway to a wide range of expert tutors, scheduled lessons, and essential learning resources. Whether you’re using the Wiingy app or the website, signing in is swift and convenient.

How to log in to your Wiingy account

To log in to your Wiingy account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Wiingy.com or open the Wiingy app: You can log in via the website or use the Wiingy student app for mobile access with your registered email address.
  2. Click on ‘Log in’: On the homepage, click the Log in button at the top right corner.
  3. Enter your credentials: You can log in using:
    • Your registered email and password
    • Your Google account (if you signed up using Google)
  4. Access your dashboard: Once you are logged in, it will direct you to your dashboard. This allows you to manage your lessons, check upcoming sessions, and connect with your tutor.

Steps to reset your password

If you don’t remember your password, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Click on ‘Forgot Password’: On the login page, select Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your registered email: A password reset link will be sent to you.
  3. Check your email inbox: Go to your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  4. Set a new password: Choose a strong password and confirm your changes.

If you cannot find the password reset email, check your spam folder or contact Help & Support.

How to update your login credentials

If you want to change your login details, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Wiingy account.
  2. Go to App Settings: click to reset your password in the app.
  3. Update: Change your credentials as needed.
  4. Save changes: Confirm and save your new login details.
