Wiingy’s Perfect Match Guarantee ensures that you are matched with a tutor who fits your learning style and goals. If after your first lesson you feel that the tutor is not the right fit for you, we will help you find another tutor at no additional cost.
Here’s how it works:
- Trial lesson: What happens after your free trial lesson with Wiingy, if you feel that the tutor’s teaching style doesn’t meet your needs, you can request a new tutor.

How to use the perfect match guarantee
If you decide that your tutor is not the right fit, here’s what you can do:
- Communicate your concerns: Use Wiingy Chat to reach out to your tutor and express your concerns. This helps clarify any issues you may have with the lesson.
- Request a new tutor: If you still feel that the tutor isn’t a good match, How to contact Wiingy support for tutors or use the Chat feature to request a new tutor. Your new tutor will be chosen based on your learning preferences, as outlined in How tutors are matched with students on Wiingy.
- Confirm the new match: After your request, we’ll match you with another tutor. You’ll receive a confirmation with the details of the new tutor and lesson plan.
