When are you eligible for a lesson refund on Wiingy

At Wiingy, we’re committed to helping every student find their ideal tutor. Our Perfect Match Guarantee ensures you get the best learning experience possible. If you feel your new tutor isn’t the right fit after your first lesson, we’ve got you covered.

Wiingy’s Perfect Match Guarantee

We’re confident that you’ll connect with a tutor who’s the perfect match for your needs. But if your first lesson with a new tutor doesn’t meet your expectations, your first hour is protected by Wiingy’s Perfect Match Guarantee.

If you feel the tutor isn’t the right fit:

  • We won’t charge you for that first lesson.
  • We’ll assign a suitable replacement tutor promptly.

The first lesson offered by any new tutor, including your replacement tutor, is covered under this guarantee.

How to request a replacement tutor

If you’d like to change your tutor:

  • Simply connect with your Student Success Manager, or
  • Write to us at hello@wiingy.com.

Our team will assist you in finding a tutor who better fits your learning goals.

Lesson usage policy

All purchased lessons must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.

You can:

  • Pause and restart your lessons anytime within this 6-month window.
  • Swap unused lessons for any other subject of your choice – Wiingy offers tutoring in 100+ subjects.
  • Explore the full list of available subjects here.

Note: Any unused lessons will automatically expire after 6 months from the purchase date.

Wiingy refund policy

If you decide not to continue with Wiingy for any reason, you may be eligible for a full refund of any unused lessons, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • Lessons for which refunds are sought must be unused.
  • Discounts or fees borne by Wiingy during onboarding (such as partner payouts) will be adjusted from the total refund amount.

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to hello@wiingy.com with your purchase and refund details.
  2. Our support team will review your request and process your refund.
  3. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
