At Wiingy, we understand that your learning needs may change over time. If you find yourself needing to switch subjects, we offer the option to transfer unused lessons to another subject, making it easy to adapt your learning path without losing your progress.

How to transfer unused lessons to another subject

Transferring unused lessons to another subject is simple with Wiingy. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your Wiingy account: Open the Wiingy app or go to the Wiingy portal and sign in with your account.
  2. Go to ‘My Lessons’: Navigate to the My Lessons section where you can view all your scheduled and completed lessons.
  3. Select ‘Transfer Lessons’: If you have unused lessons in a particular subject, click on Transfer Lessons. You will be prompted to select the subject you want to transfer the lessons to.
  4. Choose the new subject: Select the new subject you’d like to switch to from the list of available subjects.
  5. Confirm the transfer: After selecting the new subject, confirm the transfer, and the unused lessons will be moved to the new subject. You will receive a confirmation email once the transfer is complete.

  • Contact Wiingy help & support: If you experience any difficulties during the transfer process or need additional help, reach out to Wiingy support via Help & Support section on the app. We’ll assist you in completing the transfer smoothly.
