How to renew your lessons with your tutor

At Wiingy, we make it easy to proceed with your learning journey. If you’ve already completed your enrolled lessons and wish to keep progressing with your learning goals, you can easily renew your lessons through the Wiingy app.

How to renew for more lessons

To enroll for your next set of lessons, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Wiingy app: Log in to the Wiingy app on your device.
  2. Click on ‘My Lessons’: Go to the My Lessons section, where you’ll find all your scheduled lessons and their respective details.
  3. Go to ‘My Tutor’: Under My Lessons, click on My Tutor to view the details of your current tutor and the customized lesson plan prepared by the tutor.
  4. Click on ‘Add Lesson’: Tap “Add Lesson” to pick the package that best fits your learning needs. You can choose from single lessons or bundled packages!
  5. Complete your payment: After selecting the plan, proceed with the payment through the available payment options. Once completed, your new lessons will be added to your account.

When to renew your lessons

To keep your learning on track, renewing your lessons before exhausting your ongoing enrolled lessons is key. Here are some signs it might be time to book more sessions:

  • Almost out of sessions: If you’re nearing the end of your current package, it’s a good time to book more.
  • Friendly reminders: Wiingy will send you a heads-up so you don’t miss out on learning.
  • Still have more to learn?: If you need extra lessons to reach your goals, go ahead and renew!

What to do if you face difficulties while renewing your lessons

If you encounter any issues when trying to renew your lessons, follow these steps:
