How to reschedule a lesson with your tutor

Sometimes, plans change, and you may need to reschedule a lesson, whether it’s a Trial Lesson (Demo Lesson) or a regular lesson. Wiingy makes it easy to communicate with your tutor and find a new time that works for both of you. Here’s how you can reschedule a lesson smoothly using the Wiingy platform.

How to reschedule a trial lesson (demo lesson)

If you need to reschedule your Trial Lesson (Demo Lesson), follow these steps:

  1. Communicate with your tutor via Wiingy Chat: Open the Wiingy app or portal and go to the Chat section. You’ll see a list of your current tutors.
  2. Send a message to your tutor: Start a conversation with your tutor, explaining that you need to reschedule the trial lesson. Be sure to suggest alternative dates or times that work for you.
  3. Confirm the new schedule: Once both you and your tutor agree on a new time, the tutor will update the lesson in the Wiingy system, and you’ll receive a confirmation.

How to reschedule a regular lesson

Rescheduling a regular lesson follows the same process:

  1. Communicate with your tutor via Wiingy Chat: Use the Chat section in the Wiingy app or portal to message your tutor. Let them know you need to change the lesson time.

  3. Confirm the rescheduling: After the new time is confirmed, your tutor will update the lesson schedule, and you’ll receive a notification with the updated details.
