How to reschedule a trial lesson (demo lesson)
If you need to reschedule your Trial Lesson (Demo Lesson), follow these steps:
- Communicate with your tutor via Wiingy Chat: Open the Wiingy app or portal and go to the Chat section. You’ll see a list of your current tutors.
- Send a message to your tutor: Start a conversation with your tutor, explaining that you need to reschedule the trial lesson. Be sure to suggest alternative dates or times that work for you.
- Confirm the new schedule: Once both you and your tutor agree on a new time, the tutor will update the lesson in the Wiingy system, and you’ll receive a confirmation.

Rescheduling a regular lesson follows the same process:
