How to reschedule a trial lesson
If you need to reschedule your Trial Lesson, follow these steps:
- Connect with your tutor directly via Wiingy: Open the Wiingy app or portal and go to the Chat section. You’ll find your tutor you have trial lesson with, you can directly chat with tutor via chat section.
- Drop a text to your tutor: Start a conversation with your tutor, informing them that you need to reschedule the trial lesson. Make sure to share your next available dates or times.
- Confirm the rescheduled lesson: Once both you and your tutor set a new time, the tutor will update the lesson timings on the calendar, and you’ll receive the new calendar event.

How to reschedule a regular lesson
Rescheduling a regular lesson follows almost the same process:
- Communicate with your tutor via Wiingy Chat: Message your tutor on Wiingy! Just head to the Chat section in the app or portal and let them know you need to reschedule your lesson.
- Suggest the next best time: Discuss and set a new time that works for both you and your tutor!
- Confirm the updated lesson: Once you and your tutor agree on a new time, they’ll update the schedule, and you’ll receive a notification with the details!
