Track your earnings and payments as a Wiingy tutor
Tracking your earnings helps you stay on top of your payments, identify trends, and manage your financial goals as a tutor on Wiingy. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to track your earnings, view detailed payment breakdowns, and monitor your progress as you complete lessons.
Earnings overview
Wiingy tracks your earnings based on the lessons you complete and the bonuses you earn. To view an overview of your earnings for any given month, simply visit the Earnings Dashboard in your Wiingy Tutor Portal.
- Base earnings: View your earnings from lessons completed. This includes all lessons, whether scheduled individually or as part of a recurring lesson plan. For more on calculating base earnings, refer to How payouts are calculated.
- Incentives: Incentive earnings are tracked based on your performance metrics, such as demo conversion rates and student renewal rates. Learn how to increase your incentives in Become a Supertutor.

Tracking completed lessons
To ensure that your lessons are tracked accurately for payment purposes, make sure to schedule all lessons through the Wiingy platform and join using your registered email ID.
- Scheduled lessons: View all scheduled lessons under the Calendar section. For more on scheduling lessons, see How to schedule lessons.
- Lesson completion status: Only lessons marked as “completed” in the system will be paid. You can track whether a lesson is completed via your Earnings Dashboard.
Tracking bonus and incentive earnings
Bonuses and incentives are additional earnings based on your performance.
- Performance-based incentives: These include demo conversion incentives, student renewal bonuses, and incentives for completing more lessons with a student. For more information, see Incentives.
- Milestone incentives: Bonuses are paid when you hit performance milestones, such as completing a set number of lessons or demos. Learn more in Milestones.
Payment history
Your payment history is available within the Earnings Dashboard, where you can review the following:
- Base earnings: See the total earnings from completed lessons.
- Incentive earnings: View bonuses earned from meeting performance targets.

Common reasons for payout delays
- Lessons not scheduled in Wiingy Calendar: Unscheduled or last-minute scheduled lessons may not be included in payout calculations.
- Camera not detected: Tutors must keep their cameras on throughout the class as the system records sessions. If no camera is detected, the lesson may not be counted.
- Incorrect payment details: Ensure your bank details or Wise account are updated under Account > Onboarding > Bank Details.
