With over 6 years of experience in yoga, I hold an MSc and BSc in Yogic Science, along with a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My journey blends the wisdom of ancient yoga traditions with modern scientific principles to promote holistic health and well-being.
I'm been actively engaged in teaching, research, and training students in various dimensions of yoga. My deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics allows me to tailor yoga practices to individual needs with safety and precision. My expertise also extends to yogic philosophy and alternative therapies like acupressure, complementing my holistic approach to health.
