If you encounter a tutor listing that does not meet your learning goals or have concerns about a tutor’s profile, we encourage you to report it to us. Reporting an issue helps us maintain a safe and reliable platform for everyone.
Why report a tutor listing?

How to report a tutor listing
Reporting a tutor listing is quick and simple. You can report directly from the Wiingy Student App or the Wiingy Portal:
On the Wiingy Student App:
- Navigate to the tutor’s profile.
- Scroll down and tap on ‘Report Listing’ at the bottom of the profile.
- Select the reason for reporting (e.g., inappropriate content, misleading information).
- Optionally, provide more context for your report.
- Tap ‘Submit’ to complete the process.
On the Wiingy Portal:
- Search for the tutor’s profile.
- Click on ‘Report Listing’ under the tutor’s details.
- Choose the reason for your report and, if necessary, add more details.
- Click ‘Submit’ to send your report to our team.
What happens after you report a listing?
Once you submit a report, Wiingy’s support team will review it promptly. If the issue is serious, we will take appropriate action to ensure the community remains safe and professional. You may be contacted for additional information if necessary.
