Hey, I'm Sai. I work as a software engineer at ServiceNow in Hyderabad, building AI features for an enterprise product, and I tutor coding on the side because I genuinely enjoy it.
Quick background: B.E. in Computer Science from Osmania Univeristy, 500+ problems on LeetCode, 4-star on CodeChef, and I went through the whole placement-prep grind myself. On the work side, I write a mix of frontend (TypeScript, React, Lit) and backend (Java, Spring Boot) every day, so the stuff I teach isn't from a textbook — it's what I actually use.
I help students with three main things:
Web development — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and basic backend with Node or Java/Spring Boot. Whether you want to build your first website or a proper full-stack project for your portfolio.
Core CS concepts — OOP, DBMS, operating systems, networking fundamentals, the kind of stuff you need solid for both college exams and interviews.
DSA & coding interviews — Python, Java, or C++. Patterns, problem-solving, mock interviews, the works.
My sessions are pretty informal. I don't lecture. We open the editor, pick a problem or build something small, and work through it together. I ask a lot of questions to figure out where your thinking is actually breaking down, then we fix that one thing. Honestly, I'd rather we cover one concept properly than rush through five.
I take it slow with beginners (no judgement, everyone starts somewhere) and push harder with students prepping for placements or product-company interviews. If you're stuck or just want a more structured way to learn, drop me a message — happy to do a quick intro session and see if we're a good fit.
