My journey with yoga began during my college years, where I discovered its incredible ability to bring clarity, energy, and balance into my life.
In the middle of my professional life, a hectic work schedule over a long period started affecting my health. I felt drained, chronic fatigued, and noticed a decline in my overall well-being. That was when I realized the need to prioritize my health and well-being once again.
I returned to yoga under the guidance of an expert, and the transformation was truly eye-opening. Through dedicated practice, I regained strength, flexibility, and a renewed sense of energy. This experience was a turning point and deepened my passion for yoga, inspiring me to pursue certification as a yoga instructor so I could share its benefits with others.
I strongly believe that in an ever-changing world, yoga is more than a practice—it is a necessity for balance, strength, and renewal. Yoga is truly the need of the hour. Since experiencing its profound impact firsthand, I am committed to spreading awareness and helping others through yoga. Whether it's reducing stress, improving mobility, or building resilience, I love witnessing how yoga empowers individuals in unique and meaningful ways.
For nearly two years, I have had the privilege of teaching both online & offline, currently leading yoga classes at the YMCA in the Greater Toronto Area. I work with a diverse range of students—from teenagers to working professionals to seniors—tailoring sessions to suit individual comfort levels and goals.
Sharing yoga with others brings me immense joy, and I look forward to contributing to this meaningful space. Thank you.
