I can teach electric violin to any established player and can tutor and practice mentor with a player of any age outside of your lessons with an established orchestra or strings teacher. I am an accomplished violin player with many years of live performance experience. Since 1995, I’ve composed and recorded string arrangements and solo acoustic/electric violin on more than 30 albums produced here in the Northwest (I even have Spotify playlists of some of these recordings I’d love to share). I am also an educator who has worked with children aged 4–10, and I’m offering lessons here on Wiingy to beginners of any age. My teaching style is supportive, flexible, and student-centered — I work at your pace, toward your goals, and in your comfort zone. I also play some piano and guitar, and I’m a lifelong music nerd, so we can explore music theory basics, improvisation, or draw inspiration from our favorite recordings.
