I am passionate about teaching yoga and have had the privilege of guiding around 250 students over the years. With 7 years of experience, I teach students of all levels, helping them unlock the transformative benefits of yoga for both the body and mind. I believe yoga is a journey of personal growth, and my approach is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where each student feels empowered to progress at their own pace. My teaching focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, while also promoting emotional balance and stress relief. I also use real-life examples and case studies to show how yoga can be applied to everyday life, whether it’s managing stress, increasing focus, or improving overall well-being. Integrity is at the heart of my teaching—I prioritize creating a safe, respectful environment where students can practice mindfully and without judgment. Lastly, I bring creativity into my classes by incorporating diverse sequences, poses, and mindfulness techniques, keeping students engaged and motivated. Beyond yoga, I also teach wellness and mindfulness, offering a holistic approach to health and personal growth.
