In my case i always start with basics. i make sure that i have client's previous health history so i can start according to that and we can work on root causes if someone have chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, Asthma and many more otherwise i will start with client's requirement what they are actually looking for in their practice. once i got to know their requirement there is no difficulties to understand the client's body. I try to work on physical and mental level both.so i teach each and every benefit of doing yoga & meditation in correct way.yoga is an ancient practice which involves movement,meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being. so with right demonstrations we can work body, mind and soul at the same time. apart from yoga i discuss about the ayurvedic diet and nutritions also because with the help of right diet and right nutritions results will be more beneficial. basically i'm here to help those people who are not able to help themselves. let's connect and grow together.
