Professional Profile I am a professional pianist, composer, and educator with over 10 years of experience in teaching and performance, both in South Korea and the UK. My teaching career includes working with students of all ages, from early childhood to adult learners, and from beginners to advanced levels. I specialise in private and group lessons, covering piano performance, composition, music theory, and exam preparation. In both Korea and the UK, I have also served as a church accompanist and worship musician, supporting regular services, choir rehearsals, and special worship events. My teaching style emphasises nurturing musical interest while building solid technical and artistic foundations. I am currently a member of a Korean traditional children’s song music association with over 100 years of history. I actively compose new works to preserve and evolve Korea’s musical heritage for younger generations. In the UK, I perform and collaborate as a cultural ambassador, focusing on cultural exchange projects and introducing Korean music to international audiences.
