I focus on GCSE and A Level students of any age, but will work with students of any age who are interested in the critical reading of English Literature I focus on analytical, literature-based learning allowing you to focus on key themes, concepts and content to embellish your test answers and get them to the standard you’re looking for! My approach includes interactive discussions, close reading and analytical excercises as well as structured essay feedback and assistance on homework, coursework etc. I endeavour to foster a love for English Literature in my students that will allow them to think critically in all areas of their life, not just academically or in an exam situation. I am a firm believer that everyone should be reading, and I aim to encourage an analytical perspective and appreciation of English Literature through a holistic and personalised method of teaching.

I have been playing & creating music now for over half of my life. If half of a lifetime, 12+ albums/EPs of original music (both solo and in bands); hundreds of songs played at hundreds of shows and in dozens of places has taught me one thing, it's this: "We don't serious music, we play music." (which I heard said live by Jason Mraz at his Hollywood Bowl show on October 5th, 2012 - thanks for pulling that verbal arrow out of the proverbial quiver). Which is why as a guitar teacher, my main goal is to do everything within my power to introduce you to the world of this amazing instrument and NEVER kill your enthusiasm for wanting to play it. I will NOT take that away from you; I will only enhance it. You WILL learn how to play guitar in the ways that you've dreamed of from me. End of story. I don't make you buy random books of chords or scales and I don't assign or demand you ever to do any specific kind of homework. I teach by learning SONGS - the songs that YOU want to learn. The ones that WHEN you actually experience what it feels like in your own body and being to play, you lose your sh-... mind. Any age and any level of playing experience is welcome. As of this moment, of the students that I get to teach in person, my youngest is 5 and my oldest is 70. Music is for everybody. While the things within music that move us may all be very different, they move us all in equally profound ways. You WILL learn how to play Guitar, in the exact ways that you are wanting and dreaming of. YOU are our curriculum. My Tutoring approach is focused on interactive and adaptive teaching, creating engaging and collaborative learning environments.I soecialize in a wide range of math subjects such as Elementary school math, Precalculus,Statistics, Geometry , Algebra and more . By utilizing a variety of tech tools like interactive whiteboards, online platforms and educational software, I ensure personalized tutoring that caters to each students needs.Following a diverse curriculum i teach Elementary, Middle and High School students, offering tailored support to help them excel academically . Assessment is an ongoing process. I use formative assessments to guide instruction and provide timely feedback. I also encourage self-assessment and reflection, helping students take ownership of their learning and track their progress over time.My strength lies in providing concept focused instruction and fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts at all levels.

My music classes go like this: Breathing -> warmups -> sight singing -> working on a song -> homework. This is really important for building a strong foundation. After the student builds a strong foundation, I move to advanced techniques such as intonation -> vocal registers ->diction -> tone quality -> vibrato -> glottal onsets (vocal attacks) -> improvisation -> stage performance techniques. I mostly try to incorporate songs of the student's choosing from their favourite artists and help them master it as well as wondering the range of music skills. I also offer teach for graded music exams like Trinity and RSL. I have all the resources required for training for these music examinations. Additionally, I can also help you build your own songs :) I teach in English since my previous experience includes teaching mainly students from North America. But I can also communicate in Spanish, Hindi and Dutch.
