Refer a friend to Wiingy and get rewards

At Wiingy, we value your support in growing our community. You can refer friends to Wiingy and earn exclusive rewards when they sign up and start their learning journey. There are two ways you can refer: Platform referral and Tutor referral.

How to refer using a platform referral

The Platform referral method allows you to refer Wiingy to your friends and earn rewards when they sign up using your referral link. Here’s how to refer through the platform:

1. Open the Wiingy app: Log in to your Wiingy account on the Wiingy app.
   
2. Go to the ‘You’ button: Tap the You button located at the bottom right corner of the app to access your account settings.
   
3. Select ‘Refer Us’: Under the You menu, tap on Refer Us. This will provide you with a unique referral link.
   
4. Share your referral link: Copy the referral link and share it with your friends through email, social media, or messaging apps. When they sign up using your link, they’ll get an exclusive offer, and you’ll earn a reward.

How to refer using a tutor referral

If you’re particularly happy with a specific tutor, you can refer them through the Tutor referral method. Here’s how to refer a tutor:

1. Open the Wiingy app: Log in to your Wiingy account via the app.
   
2. Go to ‘My Lessons’: Tap on My Lessons to view all of your scheduled lessons.
   
3. Click on the tutor you want to refer: Find the tutor you’d like to refer from the list of tutors you’ve worked with.
   
4. Select ‘Refer & help your tutor grow’: Tap on the Refer & help your tutor grow button to share your tutor’s profile with others. You can easily send the referral link to your friends or colleagues who might be interested in the tutor’s expertise.

What rewards you can earn

When you refer a friend using either the platform or tutor referral method, you can enjoy the following rewards:

• Referral bonus: For each friend you refer who successfully signs up and enrolls with Wiingy, you’ll earn a reward (such as a discount on your next lesson or a cash bonus).
• Exclusive discounts: Your friend will also benefit from exclusive discounts, such as a free first lesson or a discount on their first enrollment.

What to do if you face issues with your referral

If you encounter any issues while referring a friend or tutor, here’s what to do:

• Check the referral link: Ensure the referral link you are using is correct and hasn’t expired. Referral links are time-sensitive.
• Verify your friend’s sign-up: Make sure your friend has signed up using your referral link and completed the registration process.
