How you can leave a review for your tutor and lessons on Wiingy.

When you review your tutor and lessons, you’re not just helping yourself—you’re also helping other students find the right tutor and giving tutors a chance to improve. Your reviews make a real difference in creating the best learning experience for everyone!

How to leave a tutor review

Leaving a review for your tutor is a great way to share your experience and help others. Here’s how you can leave a review for your tutor:

  1. Go to your lesson history: After completing a lesson, you’ll be prompted to leave a review. You can access your lesson history through the My Lessons section on the Wiingy app.
  2. Rate your tutor: You’ll be asked to rate your tutor based on factors such as their teaching style, clarity, and effectiveness. You can also write a brief comment to provide more detailed feedback.
  3. Submit your review: Once you’ve provided your rating and feedback, click Submit. Your review will be visible to other students, helping them decide if the tutor is the right fit for them.

How to leave a lesson review

In addition to reviewing your tutor, leaving a review for each lesson helps Wiingy improve the learning experience:

  1. Go to the lesson details: After your lesson ends, navigate to the My Lessons section in the app where you can see the details of your completed lesson.
  2. Rate the lesson: You’ll be prompted to rate the lesson based on its usefulness, the tutor’s approach, and your overall satisfaction with the content covered.
  3. Write a review: Share your thoughts on what you learned during the lesson and how it benefited you. This helps other students get a better understanding of what to expect.

What to do if you face issues with reviews

If you encounter any issues when leaving or viewing reviews, follow these steps:

  • Check lesson completion: Make sure the lesson is marked as completed before you attempt to leave a review. If you have issues with lesson tracking, check How to track your lesson usage on Wiingy.
  • How to contact Wiingy support for tutors: If you’re unable to leave a review or if there’s an issue with the review process, How to contact Wiingy support for tutors via the Help & Support section in the app. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
