Hands-on Piano, Guitar, and Singing tutor with engaging lessons

Hello! I'm Judah Arrington, a music tutor with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumental Music and Dance. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and encouraging environment for students of all levels. I believe in tailoring my approach to each individual, nurturing their strengths and helping them overcome challenges. I'm passionate about helping students discover their creativity, their unique voice, and the tools that will help them express those things in a way that engages and entertains those who listen. When it comes to student engagement, I use a variety of techniques to keep lessons interactive and enjoyable. I also think it's very important to create a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental atmosphere to really give students the chance to learn and grow. Voice and learning voice is such a deeply personal process. In my experience, there's no "wrong" or "right" way to sing. There are simply tools we use to specify how we want to deliver songs and how we want to sound. My job as your vocal coach is to help you create a map of your own voice, and develop and sharpen those tools so that you can feel comfortable when singing.
