A Student-Centered Approach: At the core of my teaching philosophy is the belief that each student’s vocal journey is distinct. Every student brings their own skills, goals, learning styles, and experiences, which is why I tailor lessons to meet individual needs. My first step in working with a new student is to assess their vocal range, level of experience, and personal objectives. Whether the student aims to become a professional performer, prepare for an audition, or sing purely for personal fulfillment, I design lesson plans that align with their specific goals. This student-centered approach also allows for flexibility. While I implement a structured plan for technical and artistic development, I continually adjust lessons based on the student’s progress and changing interests. If a student shows interest in exploring a new genre, developing a specific skill, or learning a particular song, I integrate these elements into the lessons.
