Hello! I’m Hiba Irfan, a passionate and experienced tutor with a strong background in Academic Sciences. My journey as an educator began during my time in college, where I pursued a Pre-Medical track, and it has continued to flourish throughout my university years. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, I have developed a deep understanding of various scientific subjects, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing that knowledge with students at different levels. One of the most rewarding aspects of my academic career has been the opportunity to teach. While pursuing my education, I took every chance to help my juniors understand complex topics, ranging from foundational biology and chemistry to more advanced subjects like organic chemistry and environmental science. In college, I was often approached by my peers and younger students for guidance. This early experience allowed me to refine my teaching methods, focusing on simplifying intricate material and ensuring students could grasp the core principles with ease. As I progressed to university, I continued this passion for teaching by assisting junior students in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, and Science. My hands-on experience with these subjects, both as a student and a tutor, gave me an edge in understanding where students typically struggle and how best to address their concerns. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, knowing that these are essential steps in the learning process. Throughout my teaching experiences, I have found that fostering a positive, open-minded atmosphere is key to student success.
