Creative AP US History lessons with motivational focus

I am a dedicated tutor with 4 years of experience teaching AP U.S. History to high school students. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully taught 200-300 students, helping them achieve strong AP scores and gain a deeper understanding of American history. My teaching philosophy is rooted in making history engaging and relevant. I use real-world examples, case studies, and interactive discussions to help students connect historical events to the world today. I believe in creating a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and think critically. I also focus on building essential skills like time management, organization, and problem-solving, helping students succeed both in exams and beyond. My goal is not only to prepare students for their AP exams but to foster a lifelong interest in history. In addition to AP U.S. History, I also teach related subjects like U.S. Government and Economics.
