Creative AP Biology and Chemistry tutor with supportive, problem-solving sessions

To teach a test based subject like AP Environmental science, I will begin by assessing the students current knowledge level through diagnostic tests and establish clear learning goals in collaboration with the student to ensure alignment with their academic needs and aspirations. I will also break down complex concepts into manageable tidbits of information and provide scaffolding support wherever necessary to facilitate gradual learning progression and also make sure to engage the student in interactive learning activities such as discussions, test prep and problem-solving exercises to foster active participation and deeper understanding. I will also provide regular feedback to chart the students progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback for continuous growth.
