My teaching philosophy is functional and fun for students of all levels. Lessons are unique to the needs and goals of individual students, however, all my students leave with timeless tools and knowledge that allow them to continue improving their craft as they grow. The key to any healthy and beautiful speaking or singing is understanding support. Lets discover what it means for your body to support your voice! We will also work on increasing vocal range and volume. For more advanced students, we will explore resonance and placement. You can expect our work to be focused on breath so that you can speak clearly and sing longer phrases. Let’s Find a natural core voice. From there we can explore affects and style: What does it means to be breathy, raspy, etc. If you can speak, you can sing.
