My personal characteristics are:

Pedagogical Character:
In addition to a teaching staff and quality teaching and research activities, schools provide material resources far superior to those of universities: well-appointed premises, computer equipment, language laboratories, sports facilities, libraries, and databases… Tuition fees, sometimes high, allow them to afford the best existing logistics.

Regional Economic Dynamism:
Few candidates take it into account, but the regional positioning, like the economic environment, industrial partnerships of a school are also important criteria. They are decisive in pedagogical developments and have implications for internships or opportunities offered in work-study and apprenticeship programs, employment, and teaching. All schools maintain close relationships with territorial actors (local authorities, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, etc.). Other schools develop their training based on their border positioning (Franco-Spanish, Franco-Germanic, etc.).

A Leading Role in Student Associations:
Of lesser importance at first glance, the associative life of a school is actually crucial. Immersing oneself in the extracurricular activities of an institution often proves to be very enriching and educational. Students who engage in associative activities (student government, sports, junior enterprise, solidarity, cultural, etc.) parallel to their training can thus realize their passion and use their knowledge in ambitious projects. Also, know that recruiters are very sensitive to students who have participated in the associative life of their school.
Finally, the job prospects, professional integration or ’employability’ of schools, the educational and geographical origin of students, possibilities for further studies, pedagogical conditions (predominance of lectures or small group classes), the effectiveness of the alumni network, international exchanges, and the school’s environment (premises, geographical location, transportation, catering, housing, etc.) are also criteria to consider when choosing a school.
