Rephrased job description: My learning goals include improving my bowing technique to be more fluid and consistent, aiming for a resonant sound. I also want to learn new and enjoyable pieces that provide a challenge yet remain manageable. Additionally, I am interested in revisiting beginner topics like scales, arpeggios, and fundamental music theory. I have a strong ear and excel in sight-reading. Playing a piece together before I perform it solo boosts my confidence.

The person for this job is a newbie violinist who began learning the instrument last year. They aim to grasp the basics of music and be able to play a tune by their birthday on December 1. Currently employed full-time in housing non-profit work, they plan to locate a peaceful space for their lessons. They are curious about the structure of the initial class and have asked about the pros and cons of online versus face-to-face teaching.

I'm a complete beginner who wants to dive into different music styles. My goal is to eventually master playing RPG-style "tavern background" music or create violin covers of popular songs. I understand that this will be a lengthy process! Primarily, I'm seeking lessons that will allow me to practice and improve independently.

My child has been learning the cello for about 2-3 years, so I would describe her skill level as intermediate/late beginner.

I wanna be able to jam along with the songs I like and really get the hang of it. I've been playing acoustic guitar and tinkered with piano since I was a kid, so reading notes doesn't come naturally to me. I do have a basic grasp though. I'm just really keen on making music and having fun with it! 🤗
