I’m a passionate yoga instructor with over 14 years of tutoring experience, dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching more than 250 high school and college students, guiding them through the transformative practice of yoga. My goal is to empower students to build a stronger connection between their body and mind, helping them reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
