Finance and Accounting lessons with empathy

With 3+ of experience as an accounting tutor, I am passionate about helping high school and college students understand the world of numbers. Over the years, I’ve taught around 150-200 students, guiding them through both basic and advanced accounting concepts. My goal is not just to teach, but to inspire students to see the value in what they’re learning and build confidence in their abilities. Ive helped students raise their grades, pass difficult exams, and develop a strong foundation for their future careers. Seeing my students succeed is the most rewarding part of my journey as a tutor.

My teaching methodology for accounting focuses on making the subject practical, engaging, and easy to understand. I use real-life examples and case studies to show students how accounting principles are applied in the real world, helping them connect theory to practice. This approach not only clarifies difficult concepts but also makes learning more interesting. I believe in motivating students by showing them the value of accounting in everyday life and future careers. I encourage students to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, breaking down complex topics into simpler steps for easier understanding. Integrity is at the core of my teaching. I emphasize the importance of ethical practices in accounting, ensuring students understand the value of honesty and responsibility in their work. I also use flexibility in my teaching style, adapting lessons to fit each student’s learning pace and needs. In addition to accounting, I can teach related subjects like finance and business math, offering a well-rounded approach to the field.
