I’ve had the privilege of teaching 150-200 students, helping them build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness both on and off the mat. My approach focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where students can connect with their bodies and minds. I believe in the power of yoga to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall well-being.
