Economics and Business lessons that are engaging and hands-on

Currently, I'm pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics Specialist and Political Science Specialist at the University of Toronto, where I'm also a proud scholarship recipient. My academic journey includes active participation in the Li Koon Chun Finance Learning Centre, where I immerse myself in the dynamic world of finance through workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects. In my professional roles, I've had the privilege of contributing to various teams. I have worked as SAT and ACT coach at The Princeton Review, where I delivered rigorous training to students. My experience as a Teaching Assistant at Varsity Tutors involves coaching and mentoring students in various subjects including the SAT, APs, CLEP, as well as high school subjects such as calculus, statistics, and more.

Following is my methodology: -Notes: I would provide the students with hand written notes and other materials. -Encouraging active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students. -Incorporating hands-on activities, discussions, case studies, to enhance engagement. -Multimodal Instruction: Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials, including visual aids, technology, and real-world examples, to accommodate different learning styles. Integrating multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse preferences.
