Hello! I'm Chinasa, a Vocal tutor/mentor specialising in Singing. I am trained in Musical Theatre and Performing Arts on Bachelor Degree level. I have fifteen years of experience in live performance on stages and in music venues as well as vocal coaching in more recent years. I believe in fostering a supportive and encouraging environment to inspire my students. My teaching philosophy revolves around personalised guidance and interactive learning experiences. I engage students of all levels through a mix of practical exercises, creative projects, and constructive feedback. I specialise in teaching students of all levels, from school to college. My teaching methodology is engaging, motivational, and supportive. I focus on breathing safely and securely through song, using various techniques that ensure vocal endurance and building range. I teach students how to use their diaphragm to support their voices and workshop material they wish to add to their repertoire, as well as suggestions I feel may be suitable. I believe in problem-solving and being patient with my students. I encourage them to self express, either through their own original music, covering tracks, or practicing musical numbers. I have an overall holistic approach to my style of teaching and endeavour to ensure well-rounded growth in the singing abilities of my students. With me, students can expect a nurturing environment that fosters their musical talents and boosts their confidence.
