The main concept that triggered me to teach is understanding that If you keep eating a lot your entire life without exploiting the energy you consume daily into something useful that can benefit your body by doing exercises, for instance, it can let you end up having diabetes and feel sluggish. The same goes here if I keep grasping knowledge without sharing it with others. I witness the same feeling but in my mind instead. Participating in several programming contests, and hackathons and attending several industrial live web training boosted my confidence to teach programming. This can elevate my teaching quality in this subject since I will provide students with challenging questions and real-world industrial problems to solve.
