About your french tutor

Hello! I'm Naëlle FURLAN, a French tutor with a Masters in MEEF. My teaching philosophy revolves around making learning engaging and effective for students of all levels. I use innovative student engagement strategies to ensure that every student enjoys the learning process. Join me on a journey to unlock your full potential in French!I am a young certified teacher. After a Master MEEF which prepares for the French civil service exam, I taught for 4 years. I have taught at all levels of the French school system and to all types of students. I'm well-versed in teaching a foreign language, so I know how to propose different content and different methods depending on the student (more playful activities, more academic exercises, etc.). I also have a lot of experience in learning French as a foreign language through language exchanges with non-French speakers. I am therefore ready to help future students to communicate in French both orally and in writing

French classes overview

My courses are for all levels, from beginners to the more experienced. I like to start my class with a discussion in French to get to know each other. This allows us to practice the language less academically and create a more personal bond. After that, I often cover a point that seems essential to me (vocabulary, grammar, conjugation, cultural information, etc.). To do this, I use tools such as videos, texts, recordings or images. We'll work on this point by putting it into practice through a discussion. At the end of the lesson, I like to give my students some support material so that they can keep a record of what we've seen together. This allows them to rework the point in anticipation of the next lesson. Of course, I'm always open to students' specific requests! Don't hesitate to send me a message for more information and to get in touch :)
