I have 4 years of experience teaching Yoga to school and college students, as well as working professionals. My approach focuses on making Yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. I believe Yoga is a holistic practice that not only improves physical health but also enhances mental well-being and reduces stress.
