I am a passionate yoga tutor with 15 years of experience, teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding around 250 students, helping them not only improve their physical health but also build mental clarity and emotional well-being. My love for teaching stems from the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for personal growth and self-awareness. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where every student feels encouraged to explore yoga at their own pace.
