Creative NAPLAN & Algebra tutor with motivational teaching

I have 3 years of experience teaching Algebra to high school and college students and have successfully guided 150-200 students. My teaching philosophy is centered on making learning clear, engaging, and accessible. I focus on building a strong understanding of basic concepts and then helping students apply them through practice and problem-solving. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching to meet individual needs, using examples and exercises that connect to real-life situations. One of my greatest achievements is seeing my students not just improve their grades, but gain confidence in their math skills and develop a positive attitude towards learning. I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is to help students excel in Algebra and develop critical thinking skills that will serve them in their academic and future careers.
