I have 9 years of experience teaching Yoga to all level students. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping 300-350 students discover the physical and mental benefits of Yoga. My passion for education drives me to create a supportive and personalized learning environment for every student. I’m committed to empowering my students through mindful movement, breathing techniques, and stress management skills.
