About your tutor

I teach yoga to students of all levels, with over 7 years of experience in helping individuals deepen their practice and improve their well-being. My approach focuses on creating a calm and supportive space where students can grow at their own pace. I tailor each session to meet individual needs, whether you’re a beginner learning the basics or an experienced practitioner aiming to refine your skills. In addition to yoga poses (asanas), I incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, and stress management techniques to promote overall balance and relaxation. My teaching also includes real-life examples to help students apply yoga principles in their daily lives. Beyond yoga, I also offer instruction in mindfulness and wellness, helping students live healthier and more focused lives. My goal is to empower students to find both physical strength and mental peace through yoga.
