As a teacher, my goal and responsibility is my student and their success and I aim to meet that goal. As I teach, I elaborate and explain so that my student comes to full comprehension of the lesson. For if the student doesn't comprehend, then the learning has not been achieved. I am dedicated to fostering a growth mindset in my students, encouraging them to embrace challenges and celebrate their progress. When and if students come across a concept that they do not understand, I make it a priority to provide explanation and examples so that my student will understand and even more, apply it. Understanding and comprehension are KEY elements to education. If those two elements are left out, there won't be progress.
