Motivational ACT English tutor with collaborative, empathetic methods

I am passionate about education with 2 years of tutoring experience, specializing in ACT English for high school and college students. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching 300-350 students, helping them improve their English skills and boost their confidence. One of my proudest moments was helping a student increase their ACT English score by 6 points. I believe every student has the potential to succeed, and I am committed to guiding them toward their academic goals with personalized support and strategies.

My teaching methodology for ACT English focuses on clear communication, accountability, and integrity. I explain grammar rules, reading strategies, and writing techniques in simple terms, ensuring students understand the concepts. I hold students accountable for their progress, setting clear goals and tracking their improvement. Integrity is key in my approach—I provide honest feedback and encourage students to take ownership of their learning. Besides ACT English, I also teach ACT Reading and ACT Writing.
