About your tutor
I have graduated from my bachelor of arts degree in Popular Music, specialising in guitar. I have 5 years of experience teaching guitar as well as 14 years playing electric and acoustic guitar. Over the last three years, I have played over 100+ live gigs and concerts. All this experience helps me to be the best music tutor possible and stay up to date with music trends that students may want to learn. I also have plenty of experience in music production, music theory and songwriting and bass guitar, all of which are great avenues to explore when learning an instrument and can really shape your musical identity, and most importantly, help you to enjoy playing music!

I offer bespoke lessons for each and every one of my students, I do this because I want all of my students to achieve their own personal goals in music, whatever that may be. An example of a more structured class could be working towards a graded music exam or giving extra help to a student studying music in their main education. On the other end of the spectrum, a more holistic lesson plan could include learning songs that the student are listening to at that moment, or learning chords and scales to help with writing their own songs.
