I am recently a new graduate student from University of Toronto, I will graduate with an honours bachelor of science degree, in biochemistry program. I can tutor high school level and first year biology and chemistry courses. I am familiar with Canadian high school courses system. I am familiar with the material like chemistry 11, 12 etc.
I explain things to you clearly and patiently, ensure that you can truly understand the concept instead of just memorizing. Memorizing only but not understanding will not work at all.

Teaching methodology
I usually prefer to teach students how to think during tutoring. Instead of just telling you the answer, I will train you how to think critically, how to think yourself to figure out the solutions. I can also help you go over the course materials from beginning to the end of semster, that helps you link everything together, logically.
During my tutoring, I will go over the basic knowledge first, then assign some problems to you. Make sure you bring a piece of paper and pen with you as I will highlight the key words to you, write them down.
